Training given to us was good, team leads was also helpful, there is no job security & salaries are never on time every month they will come up with an excuse to delay it and incentives which were promised will given very very ....very late even we need to ask about it, and HR and team are the worst , they will never do the needful on time never....Read More

Most of the time we have to work for 11-12 hrs instead of 9 hrs which was promised and they will trick is on the timings, salaries are never on time every month they will come up with an excuse and about the promised incentives we have ask about it and in this also silly silly excuses will already placed and HR & HR team are the worst...Read More

There is no growth in Aotax. Management will hire candidates for contract and they will remove without any proper reason even candidates are well preformed also. I wont recommand any one to Aotax to work with.

There is proper HR's managers. There is no encouragement who want to work in process. If employee top performed in Support team. They wont allow to work in process. They wont support employee. Non of the process manger have a good communication.

Company is totally based on internal politics, their is no particular recognition for sincere employees, management is worse, managers play games, there is no job security, when ever they feel like removing us, immediately they do,if we ask for reason they blindly say, we are unfit, zero knowledge, even though there are visible results which excel's in performance. No perticular work timings. They make us work for 11 hours. They say it's a family but they don't want to maintain such relation as family, they blindly rule not to talk with so n so people, they won't apprise the people who really worked hard for company, politicians decide whom to apprise.
