I have worked for more than a year at Kapiva in the middle management. There is nothing good that I can mention here for the organization or work culture.

Dislikes

Pathetic decision making in the senior management, weak Founder who just listen to his 1 downs & never investigate the matter by his own. No HR person/manager in the company who can take care of employee grievances or satisfaction. No work life balance. Super work pressure, culture is look like a third class BPO. VPs are good for nothing and just pushing their favourites in each appraisal. Random culture going on some chaatu folks are on WFH for more than 3-4 months & also getting promotions. I had never worked such third class organization. They also fire people without any PIP or any prior intimation. If your VP doesn't like you, which means he can ask you to leave any random day. Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
