There is nothing great about this place, if you are joining this company looking at its brand then be ready to get disappointed.

If you are joining ACS as a contractor, SheSparks intern, temp employee then do not join. This place is hell for these working group and Adobe is exploiting this talent and their full time employees dominate and humiliate them openly and top management supports this kind of behaviour. These temporary employees are actually Adobe's profit making group whom they pay less and bombard with lots of work. The ACS has a hopeless culture and substandard leadership. The full time employees are hired based on the previous connections so its a group of brothers/sisters from different mothers spoiling Adobe royally. They do not have many projects, people carry 10X attitude and they show it to their customers also in the meetings due to which clients are moving their projects to other small companies. There are instances where temp employees are made to work in multiple projects billing more than 40hrs where as full time employees move around like busy rats but log less than 40hrs in the system. The leadership is so stupid that whatever crap comes out of FTEs are trusted and rewarded. SheSparks is one of the most exploited hires, they are given used laptops, assigned to projects randomly, there are instances where these females are dominated, offended by FTEs directly/indirectly, because they are temporarily hired no one cares what they go through; the HR calls this program as women empowerment. Its not all SheSparks are given 15days notice if they are not hired which puts their career on risk because it is difficult to find another job in a short period. Skills development and learning is good. There are lot of perks like well being allowance and professional development allowance.

Company has hired higher management from service company and the culture is moving towards cost cutting and increase the margin rather than improving the quality of deliverables

1. Team culture, it's more of service culture and lots of micromanagement. 2. Work pressure. Manager is not satisfied with your excellent project work. They want you to spend more hours and take part in innovation and extra activities which make your life miserable. Even if you are not interested to get visibility they will do falsepromises and make you feel bad of you will not do extra. 3. Only few people irrespective of their professional behaviour will be praised if they will do innovation. 4. Not letting you focus on your personal life and growth. Whatever they want you to do you need to do that. You can't choose your point of interest and do excel there. 5. Promotion scope is very less and even if you will get promotion hike will be very less. 6. If you are employed here in Adobe at third party payroll it will surely be the worst company to work with as they do not care abt the employees and keep on adding the products and asked for the employees to complete the target and they can fire you anytime.Don't ever join this company on third party payroll.

Top leadership is baised. They are targetting the tenured employees and filling in positions from their known colleges from their old company and from their own consultancy firms which Th they are runjning as aside bisnesse.. The director doesnt bother wats happening in india and have left everything to the indian leader. No promotion happens or good appraisal happens, year on year. Hr is aloso baised. Work life balance is there in the Old C++ teams. In cloud teams, except document other teams' work life balance is good

Dislikes

Politics is in every aspect of Adobe(especially Noida office). As the Great Rahul Gandhi, politics is everywhere, even in the pants. Old members who are in the comfort zone and don't want to work hard are going to do almost anything, even licking the boots. So, If you think you are talented and you should be recognised based on quality of work then take a hike.
