Very complicated process of joining. HR of company is poor. No communication of joining and after joining. Salary is very less and they deducted NPS money forcefully.

Work environment was great from 2008 to 2009. New ideas new innitiatives always get noticed and appreciated. Support of seniors was amazing, specially from the vertical head Mr. Shrikant Jhawar, Siddhi prabhu in H.O. I had achieved many records under his guidance and get appraisals 3 times and also achieved the CEO award. Behaviour of immediate superior, no help from H.R.. i had break all the sales records, but instead of credit given to me, my senior never missed a single day to herras me in front of my office colleagues.. i complaint to our national head and H.R. but they never take this seriously.. so i had no other option, but to quit respectfully.
