Despite of several reminders and showing my intend not to work in Aditya birla capital, my immediate manager forced me to work there. After my resignation my immediate manager and Area Manager rejected my resignation and then my HRMS was blocked so that I won't be able to resign again. Even my immediate manager threaten me to deliver business otherwise they will abscond me. 1. Terrible work culture. Leaves are only in the system, not allowed to take even the comp off. One needs to work in the holiday also. Usually 6 days, occasionally 7 days working a week. Although during hiring time, they say 5 days working a week. Reality is totally opposite. One needs to work 13-14 hours a day. 2. Low compensationas per work load. 3.Toxic work culture. Everything is in dislike here now, not a work life balance. You have to work on week offs also and behavior of seniors are worst.
