1. Terrible work culture. Leaves are only in the system, not allowed to take even the comp off. One needs to work in the holiday also. Usually 6 days, occasionally 7 days working a week. One of the lady manager under whom i was working is very cranky... does not want to work... when work is undone from herside she is just blaming her teammates for that. Very unprofessional work atmosphere

Boss was not good he is very abusing and his talking language was also not good his name is manish kumar he is a area sales manager in pune in banca channel. Many times aur collegues were complaining about him but no action is taken against him only they give warning. Also very abusive about castism.
