The only thing I like about this company is it's location, Nagda . It is a very good and peaceful city

Dislikes

Higher management is of very negative mind set and they play politics with young engineers. Nagda SFD plant is the mother plant of fibre division but the condition of plant is so poor that it can collapse any moment. No appreciation and very low salary . And worst thing is that management thinks everything is alright in the plant they don't even acknowledge the problems.

The unit HR department is incapable of giving good experience to people in basic amenities for survival .The HR is highly incompetent and even after repeated notifications tries to avoid work on its part .
