Not workable place. This Company is not for employees. I will not advise to join this company. Totally political company.

Work culture is not support for growth of employee. Seniors are not supportable in emergency. Aditya birla is a worst work place of any employee. Working style is like DSA not work with A grade company. HR is not supportable in emergency. Aditya birla is name in documents and media only.

Nothing ( At the time of joining I have joined and confirm to RCM (gaurav sarda ) reporting manager and Thief HR abhinav mantri when I join office but these guys update my doj 10 days later after my joining 10 days salary is not given by Aditya Birla group to these both person are incapable not fulfill their responsibility by perfection,

Hr is illiterate and rude , not guide about the joining process because he didn't know about the process of joining, Abusing on call , he make missed call once and blaming to new joiners that he called 10-15 times, and also told you want to do this job or not after the completing the every joining process from last 2 months these guys are not capable these things should be done within maximum 5 days but if the HR is capable and responsible and most employee using his sitting place like dustbin dirty office places , dirty smell comes from office location, and some ACM reached office druncked (nitin manchanda) relative of RCM (gaurav sarda) and sone is criminal (vishnu sharma relative of Siddharth Mishra (RCM) when I found his mistakes in every alternate days in allocation he is not capable to share correct data once , every data he needs correction after sending the mail from his side he didn't understand that which product handle by (BL STUL handle by gaurav sarda ) and (PL by Siddharth Mishra) but at the time of allocation he mentioned vice-versa ( Siddharth in place of gaurav sarda , and gaurav sarda in place of Siddharth Mishra when I complain this to gaurav sarda he blaming me for this So on my last day of working I clearly listen that vishnu sharma and Siddharth Mishra is planning to kill me because I found his mistakes and report to gaurav sarda...Read More
