Pantaloons division is more like a start up. But there is immense learning, at the same time little high pressure too.

It's kind of evolving now. The work life balance is not there. Recognitions are way less. Pressure is a bit more compared to competitors.

It was the worst and because of that my health started getting worse. I had to resign and at every point medical was submitted and after 3 months they want the amount for not serving notice period, and that too when I left the company on medical grounds. One of the worst company to work with.

Whole lot of politics in Odisha Cluster one person responsible he is Prashant Dwivedy. He only like the person who does oiling buttering and agree to all his nuisance thing's. Though his designation is Area Business Manager his only hobby is to micro manage things at every aspect starting from Fashion Assistant level to Department Manager to Store Manager. The rules of the company are very good and the policies that have been made are very good; the staff gets all the facilities.

I told my problem which was happening in the store to the superior behaviour and HR zonal team behaviour and the managers but instead of listening to it, they listened to the manager, that too one-sidedly and I was removed from the company even though I was in dire need of a job. I also wrote an email to the zonal team and complained about it but there was no reply from them either.
