Dislikes

Working in Retail can be stressful if you're in direct sales...but I did hardly find any issues working there I somehow feel that the company should let the employees grow by inter department transfers rather than filling those positions by recruting only from branded institute. A sales person should also be allowed to become a manager and not remain a sales person throughout his/her life if the person has potential...Read More
