Johnson controls was is will be good, as it's focus on employee and businees are parallel. Adient is completely opposite of Johnson controls;here No increment from last 4 years...financial growth not here in Adient and also job security is main concern in Adient now a days one of the sudden they are kicking people under the name of cost cutting
