Nothing as such there to say about good things. From parking to work culture to management to appraisals everything is poor.

Dislikes

The experience at AGL totally depends on the Management you work under. The overall management is I'd say very poor. The way they work is not at all good. Office politics goes on!

1. Company culture was really poor. Everyone is flattery with the seniors and the worst thing is seniors are the most one. 2. Work- life balance : In Adglobal 360 work life is just a word to say. The seniors are given unnecessarily called the employee over the weekend and overburden them. 3. No work alignment policy to be maintain. 4. Most of the employee are left the job in past year.

Earned CMMi Level 3 so some processes are created which would be followed in most of the cases.

Dislikes

Centralization of Power to a few old employees creates a breach of processes and sometimes unpleasant situations. Such people try to become HERO and the efforts of the team engaged primarily are sidelined. This happens quite frequently and the problem is top management knowingly let this happen seldom. Here Employee value is on first, although not much satisfied with the salary & perks but the overall experience is good. Managers understand your problem and try to give the best solution. As of now I completed only 10 months here but my overall journey is good. Before this organization, I worked for 3 more organizations but apart of salary every thing is good, the environment is not toxic.
