About the Role :

AGL-Hakuhodo is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating agile development processes, guiding teams to deliver high-quality products, and ensuring smooth project execution.

You will work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Coach teams in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure team productivity.

- Empower teams to self-organize and make decisions.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

- Encourage open communication and knowledge sharing.

- Work with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.

- Ensure the product backlog is clear, concise, and well-defined.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.

- Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on team progress.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to facilitate effective team collaboration.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies (CSM, PSM, SAFe) is a plus
