We dont have job security there, they adopt many employees on contract basis when they have lots of works to be done and they sent off them when the work is over without any intimation. Also management staffs like HR and VP treats employees on a bias basis. They behaves some employees on friendly manner and others on unfriendly manner. They give all the good opportunities to their likely peoples others didt get anything good from them if they performs as much as good than others. Working in invoice processing team (OCR) is like we destroy our career, we have nothing to earn from that project. They didt give proper appraisal for employees we will get only 850 rupees increment to our salary when we finishes one year....Read More
