People are helpful because you will be drowned with work pressure. Without help you won't survive, everybody knows that. They will expect you to learn everything on your own. Adbuffs claims to be free from micromanagement but that's not true. Many will poke there nose in your work while your manager won't care what you do, neither he will have any idea what's happening with accounts, you will be left alone. At EOD you will burn out yourself from overworking and you have to work 24x7, even on weekends which they glorify. Do not trust the ratings here, everything is a facade. If you want a good work life balance do not join this startup. This place is filled with useless rules, do not join here unless you don't wanna be a slave to these people....Read More
