Dislikes

Zero work life balance for(exception for few department). You are expected to do work of more than 5 department with a salary of one, specially as a meta media buyer.

Work policy: For people from Kolkata and job role media buyer, it's work from office but for other may consider as work from home

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I love the culture and transparency that the company has maintained even after growing so much. The open door policy stems across departments, even with so many layers in hierarchy everyone is treated equally and respectfully.

Dislikes

A lot of the design team works remotely and I wish i could meet them more often in office to build a relationship.

Work policy: majority work from office in kolkata and they have 4 WHF days per month. I currently work remotely and the founders were kind enough to accomodate my special request.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
