Zero work life balance for(exception for few department). You are expected to do work of more than 5 department with a salary of one, specially as a meta media buyer.

Almost each and everything about this company is shit. No proper salary, they pay less for an experienced employee. If someone goes to managemnet for less salary hike, they will ask you to sign bond for at least 2 years, after that they will give the percentage of hike you asked for. company culture is becoming worst day by day. No job security, they can put you at pip anyday. No yearly bonus or any extra variable income. They introduce new rules everyday after waking up , which primarliy focuses on employee harassment. From a designer's perspective there's no way to try new things in designs. but they will ask you to create something new in everyday morning call. Previously the company, its culture, peoples used to be good. But day by day everything is becoming toxic. No work satisfaction.

...been promoted which itself is a motivation for me. There is zero gossip culture. On time salary and above all the top management is just a call away from any help. Lastly there is no war of ego among the employees. Working here can actually turn a fresher into a confident expert. All the best!

Great company to work with and you will get a lot of learning opportunities here. Team leads are very friendly and helpful to the team members. Colleagues from other departments are also good and friendly. This company has the best work culture and talking about work life and personal life is quite good.

Sometime work pressure is too high. No PF/ESI/ Medical or any other benefits. No bonus. Less optional holidays, it could be increased. No extra pay for working after office hours, though it was written in the offer letter. No transparency on salalry increment.

The management of the company is too good. All the team members are very friendly and helpful as well. The job security overall is very good to be relied upon. There are many opportunities to portray the talent as the company deals with many good brands as well as abroad brands.

Dislikes

Work-Life was a bit hectic as the entire work procedure was done from home. Salary is not too much high as expected but it is ok according to the position of work
