Almost each and everything about this company is shit. No proper salary, they pay less for an experienced employee. If someone goes to managemnet for less salary hike, they will ask you to sign bond for at least 2 years, after that they will give the percentage of hike you asked for. company culture is becoming worst day by day. No job security, they can put you at pip anyday. No yearly bonus or any extra variable income. They introduce new rules everyday after waking up , which primarliy focuses on employee harassment. From a designer's perspective there's no way to try new things in designs. but they will ask you to create something new in everyday morning call. Zero work life balance for(exception for few department). You are expected to do work of more than 5 department with a salary of one, specially as a meta media buyer.

Unlike other companies, the founders are really serious about raising the company to new heights and this is why they work really hard on client and employee satisfaction. It's been just 7 months since i joined but still i have never worked in a more positive environment before.

Office is just for media buyers. Design team works from home.

Dislikes

People are helpful because you will be drowned with work pressure. Without help you won't survive, everybody knows that. They will expect you to learn everything on your own. Adbuffs claims to be free from micromanagement but that's not true. Many will poke there nose in your work while your manager won't care what you do, neither he will have any idea what's happening with accounts, you will be left alone. At EOD you will burn out yourself from overworking and you have to work 24x7, even on weekends which they glorify. Do not trust the ratings here, everything is a facade.
