The continuous support and guidance from the team is a very nice thing to mention. If you are looking for a job with strict work timings and hard work is something which you're not ready to do, this is not the place for you. A team with "experience" and a "ready to learn attitude" is the thing I liked most about working with Adbuffs.

I work in the HR department at Adbuffs. Handling end to end recruitment, Performance management, HR administration, Coordination for payroll processing, etc.

1. Founders are clear about there vision and mission 2. Takes good care of there employee 3. Have separate division for creative and copies 4. Work life balance perfect 5. Perfect blend of Indian and international clients, gives employee a awesome exposure

1. Many employees are from Pune and Kolkata, so need a good office in Pune

Great team. Amazing clients. Very helpful seniors who coach and mentor. The management and HR are very courteous and helpful. Enjoying comfortable work timings.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
