Career Growth is limited as Adani Transmission Limited is working in a Tariff based bidding. EPC is and shall not be in focus. Hence, monotonous works shall be threre. Work-Life balance is very poor and it is very difficult to spend some time with family. As a Civil Engineer, we require to focus on standardised package philosophy only and not as a Adani Transmission Business at a whole.

Salary - Excellent
Job security - Excellent
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Politics within Company and very few scope of skill development and learning.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Work at Adani is Monotonous & Hectic. These creates many time chaos as all the works are needed on immediate basis without having clarity for concluding.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
