No growth , I was there for 5 years got performer rating all the time but did not get promoted. If your tuning is not good with your reporting manager , this company is a hell for you . As HR will only listen your Reporting boss . No system for feedback & to track your performance.

Adani Solar is a very good company with very bad managers. Work culture Bad/Incompetent managers No knowledge growth Saturday working If you get a call to work in Cell Maintenance at Adani Solar, please refrain. Forget learning you'd lose whatever knowledge you have.

There’s nothing like so much pressure on you , and nobody interferes in your work or stop you from doing excellent things. Salary is fair as per market standards.

Location is so much outside, no work life balance and getting leaves on time is very difficult, worst culture, nobody thinks about employees and their problems. Food is worst in canteen.
