working culture is not so good ( with senior) and compensation is very much unequal & bias.

Salary - Poor

Work Details

since I am in shift duty so it's very much difficult to maintain work life balance.even we don't get night shift allowance.accomodation facilities are ok.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
