Company is so unstructured due to multiple reports update in system making work un productive , employees working but have no control Lack of coordination , no defined role , resources are inappropriate too much pressure, too much politics inside the team members , few employees are so arrogant if you also talk to them in same manner will take it on their ego and will stop focusing on their actual work rather will put their efforts to downfall that person. I have worked their for more then 2 years but didn’t get a single penny hike coz as per the policy they give hike only in July. I have joined their in October 2K19 and till Feb 2K22 I didn’t got a hike coz as per policy HR told that u will get hike after 3 years. I have spoiled 2 years with this company.
