Culture: My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies: Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events are organised by HR and celebrated properly by employees. Food: They have superb canteen facility and delicious food, variety, quality and services of food is worth mentioning here. There is also a arrangement of food for fasting people. Everyone on mangers level forced on contractor employees and I am working with Adani more than 4 year now they reduced working hour’s also salary decreased nobody think about 4 year of my work skills. Everyone thinks about our parmotion no buddies thinking lower gred employees.
