Concern is the quality of equipment for provided for our work. While I value the recognition for experience, I believe that compensation should also reflected the dedication and hard work put into the job, especially in situations with increased work pressure. I believe there's an opportunity to invest an additional resources to alleviate work pressure, particularly on projects with high demands.

Highly satisfied with work flexibility. Management is always reachable. Good place for technical challenges and R&D improvement. Have freedom to explore and share our view. Acube team is very friendly what ever team we belong too and from where ever we are working.

Employee motivation factor need to be improved. Revamp planning on backup resources to share the workload in chaotic scenarios. Need to enforce on 360 degree review from all aspects.

Nothing like dislike its about projects when people are in bench we can develop own product like chat , shopping etc website or app so that they can Develop their skills.If app or website become popular or having more users means we can be more involvement in that.
