This is my own opinion.actis generics company was awesome.best scope on learning all aspects.but may issues not go to md sirs.old employees are irritating new employees.md sirs are so good.siva sir, venkat sir and sandeep sir 3 bones on the company.but old employees are not good.

Old employees not understand to documentation.but irritating to new employees.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
