With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Dynamic work lots of technical things to learn if given the opportunity.

Dislikes

Company culture and work environment not healthy treating employees as "Ghulams". Only particular group of managers favoured due to relations etc.anf rest of the people's efforts not appreciated. Not like corporate culture it's like Lala ki dukaan. No growth to other employees except few lobby of persons close to directors.
