Company culture and work environment not healthy treating employees as "Ghulams". Only particular group of managers favoured due to relations etc.anf rest of the people's efforts not appreciated. I love the facts that I am a part of the documentation team and I got good colleagues from there. The management was very excellent and they provide many good oppertunities for me even I am not from the logistics field and it helps to improve my skills and knowledge in DTA sales and Export-Import fields.
