Likes

I would sum up my experience at ACT as the following: Good employee centric culture, less politics, poor work life balance, good learning, average growth (AM and above)

Skill development - Good
Job security - Excellent
Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Poor work life balance in service delivery, it used to be 9 to 9 job and there is no Saturday off, also career growth is almost bill for a service delivery AM

Work Details

I used to Work as AM FR for suchitra branch responsible for a customer base of 30 thousand, I used to take care of the service uptime

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
