Lack of management,they seriously don't know how to allocate the task according to employee capabilities, so in results, client deliverables can not be fulfilled. and making unnecessary pressure on employee for late sitting or target to work on weekends and holidays.

Nature of AVP( Team leader also), always give best advice not only for professional work but for personal life. I never feel that i worked for a company because i worked like a family member because of the nature of Team leader.

I can't tell you everything. It's just the darkest moment in my life. And as we all know that we all are in same situation of covid 19 so they guys were provoking on us so that we leaves this company ourselves. And they won. They guys are not human seriously.

I just want to say that if you are think to go "Acquara" then please think 1000 time. You gonna stuck your career badly.
