If youre looking for a job out here l, it's just a toxic environment to work here. Right from the CEO to the team leaders everyone are a b*llsh*t. I know sales is a tough job. But these people make that tough job to toxic one. All matters to them is money you bring through sales and they don't pay you properly. Even after you finish your internship also if you're looking for a full time they won't pay you the same that mentioned in offer letter. Instead they'll change it to lesser one only. If you wanted to know how stupid is this company just check "Ambition box" a portal for corporate companies work environment reviews. So there will be some genuine more than 100 reviews, where in here these people can edit or delete google reviews but in there these people cannot. Only positive thing in Acmegrade is their workspace and building with great interior. But the people out there are toxic. Not a good place to work at all instead of this you can work in a call center and get paid well. If you're college is bringing this one as a campus placement it's just a stupid move. Acmegrade is just good for stealing one's owned hardwork. Just screw them and their stupid company. And yes these people ask your original documents to submit at first and later blackmail you if you wanted to leave. They don't even return your documents that easily again. They are totally fraud, they misguide the student working culture are totally rubbish, bunch of people run this company even CEO is also give a sales pitch to the customer they have no ethics, and not a proper management, they force you to make a WhatsApp group and do cold calling, how they are forcing to convince the leads at any cost even if you have to lie, Team Leader of every group is thaught like he is your owner and you are slave they always on stand on your head.
