I will share you my personal story. Yes I am a good student I give the interview in December 2022 and got selected get offer letter they mentioned 18000 stipend on offer letter. I am was happy my family was happy they i planed to move banglore I was happy that that was my first job. 9 jaunary was 1st day upto 7 days we get training that was best part I got many frds who are still with me now . But after training is completed they tell me to resign by saying sales is not for me..... Seriously by only 10 days how can they judge me it is for me or not .. I did not resign because I spend a lot of money to came in banglore pg rent etc.. so I think I give my best performance but after good performance too they didn't provide me stipend. Ceo told my performance is bad so they don't provide me stipend... That time I am frustrated that how I can pay my rental but that time my friends help me for pg rent . I complent to clg about this shit company. Then the dirty ceo terminate me by saying I am telling lies to clg .. but still I need to work there just bcz of internship otherwise my year will waste so I take a risk and still work. Agin they tourture me. I completed my 4 month then my clg allow me to come back . But that 4 month was worst phase of my life . I was frustrated, mentally harrasment, humiliated, but God gives me a way and I escape from that hell Everything thing every part every management here is worst They just hire intern from oncampuse on offer letter they mentioned 18k stipend but never provide...Read More

Nothing is to like I was a employee their they fraud the students they take money for the courses and even they don't have tie-up now with IIT Bombay and IIM Ahemdabad but for just their benifit they will take the money from the students and asure them they will get paid internship my dear students it's a advice for you don't everyget trapped in such scam that company is totally scam with 0 moral values you belive in your college and want to study then please value for your money being a employee I knew the internal matter that's why it's my request to you not fill the Form...Read More

It's a request students don't fill any random form of Acmegrade their form is always circulated in college groups even in the social media too don't get trapped in this their are many other institutions they don't provide you any thing many employees has left too because of their toxic behaviour and to the people who got selected inthe company Acmegrade it's my request don't go their it's a worst company they will tell you to give salary of 20+ thousand but they will never give you if you fail to do sales they will simply cut the money from your salary and you will get only 8 or 5 or even sometimes they won't give you salary too they will provide you salary on gpay and that's also the date will be from 17 to any time thats why please don't join that organisation you won't be able to afford your expenses of the Bengaluru so think thrice five times before moving to that worst environment even they don't have any legal and women safety commity the office time is also worst they will ask you to come at 12pm and till 10:15pm they won't leave and on Sunday they will ask you to come on 11am they will give you samosa to eat and same.they will leave you at 10:15pm this is the shity things are their even they don't give holiday on Wednesday if it's month end so this is the harsh reality now it's up to you that you want to join or not...Read More

The core team literally treats their interns and employees as brothers and sister as if it is a big family and we as team leaders and managers are instructed to behave in the same way with our juniors.
