The moment you enter the office , ackers greet you with a warm smile and make sure the new member is comfortable with the new fam jam ! There are quarterly team outings where one gets to know the entire family more closely outside the professional environment which builds a strong and positive rapport and boost confidence. Apart from that they have warm and peaceful corners where you can hit whenever you want for a break or for a change in your work station or simply sleep...! Amazing isn't it..?
