Work life balance is really good. Culture is also good. If we'll ignore top pressure to push things early then everything is good at acko.

No new learnings. People are only running after automation. No proper planning is going on for QAs.

Managers are doing extreme micro management Managers are not pushing profiles for promotions despite working very hard and exceeding all theirs expectations. Company culture was very good in the past but it's becoming average due to recent higher management decisions. Due to changes in the higher management, Company is not changing from extremely good to below average company to work.
