The current office is a garment factory converted to IT workspace. It is a place devoid of natural light, has stingy bathrooms, and is depressing to work in. Additionally, the middle management has no clue what the vision is and where they want to be. Each quarter you are working on something new, and then when the year ends, they want you to quantify everything and will disregard all the other variables.
