The organization does not seem so flexible on salary negotiation for their own employees. You can enter with a high package but getting your worth while working in the organization seems like a task. Too rigid on 'work from office' policy even for people who work very hard.

Streamlining workflows - Sometime, there are a process that could be streamlined to save time. Let's call it area of improvement. Need to speed-up hardware procurement to minimize downtime and boost productivity. Need to increase WFH flexibility for employees with distant families beyond 5 days a month. Need to revise more salary structure and benefits to match with top industry standards, and optimize TDS to make it more employee friendly.
