People always help whoever is in need. Moving to agile from waterfall. Flexible with WFH options.

Dislikes

Regressed back to very very micro-management after moving to agile for quite a while. Other departments are better than RTPS where you can actually learn some skills. Work culture not really good, pushing people to work overtime as normal.
