One word to sum it all - challenging. Have learnt to very effectively manage time by micromanaging. Work life balance is great as most times I get to work from home hence more time for myself. Regular morning shifts. I certainly get lot to learn about managing stuff, as I get cornered by multiple responsibilies, production, recruitment, training. U feel satisfied knowing u r able to handle all this effectively. Congeneal working atmosphere....Read More

Dislikes

Salary appraisals probably not commensurate with measurement of responsibilities - personal opinion. Saturated growth.

Work Details

My work is very challenging as I take care of three major responsibilities. Production management, recruitment and training both in-house and fresh inexperienced trainees. Others areas of work - employee greviance mgt, retention tactics etc. Etc etc etc

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
