Dislikes

This is company is even worth to give interview. They can kick you out of the job at any time for any stupid reason like your serious health problem or due to death in your family. They promote only people of their religion and caste and if others have more knowledge then them even then also the other religions and caste people would not be given preference. They are no criteria of working and getting promotion. The girls safety in the company is zero and even the HR or the director himself will not even listen to you and blame girls only saying they allow boys to behave wrong or cross their limits initially. They don't know which field person is best for which department. They can hire you as CA and ask you to work as a sales person that is their way of hiring. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
