Company culture job security all of this is good. The compensation is also good if you compare with companies in Peenya Industrial Area. So these aspects are good.

Dislikes

The work what you do does not match your education. Even with 12 grade person can also do your work. Career growth is extremely poor. Work life balance is also extremely poor. Normally I dedicate morning 7 to evening 8 for work which is nearly 12 to 13 hours. If you go early they will ask why you go early. This is common in all the d epartment. It is good for operators because they will get OT payment but not good for office staff. This is for 6 days in a week. You don't get time for your personal life at all. This can't be changed because the company thinks that if you spend more time in company you are doing good work. So this is part of company philosophy. Can't be changed with existing management thoughts. No work from home facility, no cab, no breakfast. Afternoon lunch is available. CTC calculation is poor. Grade change will happens once in 4 years but it will take 5 years and more in some cases....Read More
