When I was there my TL and coworkers was awesome so me including new joiners grasp work easily and in few months I started working admin level activities but after all good efforts and quick learner there is no appreciation no appraisal, even there is no proper training pattern. They will hire u for good profiles like cloud engineerbut they will give u the backup work only to perform as they don't have any other work. After doing awesome work two n half year even without appreciation the patience of mine and other employees broked we all resigned one after one and right now there is not even a good coworker and TL to support....Read More

I will never recommend to even my enemy to go there. There is no hirarchy of management even there is no HR from last two years. They hire HR for temporary basis for one or two months. There is no other benifits provided from company. When u will meet first to the boss u will be like he must be very knowledgeable and understandable persons who have grown from root so can understand the problems of his office but everyone saw that mainly boy or man will face once in there work life that the boss scold the person with accusing and bad language You will get chance to work on Backup tool only and u have to handle customers directly on calls and at the time u resign the boss started pretending like u have asked his kidney he will find evry possible even impossible things to tount u....Read More

There is nothing in terms of benifits. U have to manage ur all food , travelling, learning. Even they will not give a penny of time so that u can learn something else . They will find every way to engage u and most of the time u will work overtime without any benifits.

As a Backup engineer work is slightly challenging as you have to look after various other services that doesn't come in your support criteria. Also there is no help available in night shifts. you have to manage everything by your own.
