If you are new to Australian accounting, basic learning will be provided through recorded videos.. for Advance learnings your skill and google is way, there are very few good knowledgeable seniors over there who have knowledge of handling work and they help others to learn and grow and supportive as well.

List is really long.. adding few to help.. This is a typical Lala company, owned and managed by money minded peoples. They treat employees like a robot, employees are expected to work up to 12 hours or more. Start 8.00 Am and if you are ending at 5.00 pm, still you will be told indirectly that you should work in overtime. Appraisals - Once you ask for salary appraisal, your efficiency will be questioned. Employee can hardly survive here for long, you will be praised only for assigning more work, once you ask for hike then after your efficiency will be in question and lower salary will be justified. Leaves allowed are very few and that too will not be allowed easily to avail, securing a leave is a big struggle, however accrued leaves will never be paid, final settlement of employee also not done on fair basis. More over it doesn't matter for company how loyal or hardworking you are, you are just a employee for the company, once you resign HR & management treat you like enemies of them. Environment is deterred to worst after full time HR, some random cousin of MD who is a born failure and enough to destroy decade long efforts and reputation of company, has been assigned one of the most important role of the company who handles the role in most unprofessional way, as HR she don't know how to talk to people. Policies are non uniform and changed as per convenience of management to curb rights of employees. Not even a single benefit is provided to employees. Salary is the sole benefit provided and that too not paid on time at times employee have to beg for getting salaries....Read More
