Good work environment and culture teammates aer supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for good appraisal are fair and they give a salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growths is slow.

The job is quite interesting struggle a bit in the beginning as there no formal training session l learnt everything on the jobs I got a chance to wear multiple hat and that's helpey me get a taste of different roles within the same team

I loved to be a part of all the important events, was organizing them.GM of Pullman and Novotel both were very very cooperative. HOD's were equally supportive. Salary was good and training and development program were very helpful to grow in career.

Dislikes

Work life balance was bit poor but if you plan yourself, it becomes fun too.

My work was challenging, learning and executing. Very interesting rather.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
