Company culture is amazing. Employee benefits are good. Policies of the the company are too good.

Dislikes

My last hotel didn't felt like a hotel of Accor. Boss is very annoying and never listens to his colleagues. He have very rude behavior and do favorism to his special candidates. Worst hotel i had work in my entire 9 years career. Poor and micro management and their decisions. Toxic and negative work environment. This hotel doesn't fits as per accor policies and procedures.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
