PDS transformer (Accord Electropower) is a bankruptcy fraud company.toxic work culture and scammers roaming inside. no respect for the employees, everytime after 45 days u will be get paid, no national holidays,after resignation they don't provide you any salary. It's not a company, It's a shop managed by very selfish management. Never get salary on time. Got salary deducted even after leave approval. Almost 12 hours working time. Zero job security.
