The company has a beautiful culture that helps balance work with office fun and celebrations. I think that takes out most of the stress.

The upper management is more interested in saying yes to the client rather than thinking if it can fit the deadline or is possible or not, I think we need someone stronger to handle the things that works in favor of both clients and employees.

Work culture is 😭, why because after completing 4/5 years people will treat you like an outsider and if you get released from a client then no other option than leaving the company. Feeling pity for them who have well established job and for sale of salary they join here

Everything i dont like anything about the company.In my experience, the HR department has created a toxic work environment, particularly when it comes to resignations.
