No job security at all. You'll be cornered whenever there's an opportunity. The company is owned by Indians but the HQ mentioned is in Texas, it's in Ambattur actually. There's no value to people whatsoever. The operations are run by the quality, they don't work on the problem instead they pick up some one to blame. There will never be a co-op between see sq and ops. The client literally owns you, you will feel like the 19th century during the British rule...lol. But here they only worry about generation of revenue rther than people. No people engagement activities at all, they do not spend a dime for the employees on engagement.
