Friendly working environment, Semi Flexible timing, Good appraisal after a year. Mon-Friday working day, This is a Web-App development company not a kindergarden school :)

Dislikes

Job Security is not good, project flow not only good even it totally stop for months. This is a starting up problem of Accenza Web Pvt ltd and till date manegment don't find any solution.

Work Details

Overall my working experience is good. I got a good appraisal never face boss culture and nobody treat me like e kindergarden kid. :)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
