There are no strict work hours here. Its great that we have the flexibility to work but we must complete our deliverables on time, there is no expectations. We have to adhere strictly to our priority work tasks.So, if you are joining this company ensure that you keep to this only condition of on time completion with accuracy in your work

The quality of work is also superb .I have been part of many big campaigns and the good things is that I got complete ownership of it.There is never any intervention. Love working in such a challenging but exciting environment. There is always something new going on like product launches or marketing campaigns. Enough creative space is also given which is great and every achievement, small or big, is celebrated. Overall policies are also employee-friendly and the pay is excellent.
