Thought leadership to develop applications and products to drive our clients thoughts to accelerate to the future. We design and develop the next step strategies. This role requires one to understand and leverage latest technology, innovate and develop products, re-use existing applications and methods and work in SAFE agile framework. This means collaborating with multiple internal teams to ensure approach and delivery alignment. There is need to promote and make visible products within internal audience to ensure everyone can provide their best using automations and accelerators. Promotions are fast at lower levels....Read More

Politics play a big factor for growth. Very few leaders actually take that additional step to recognise you actual contributions.
When workdays extend to all days of the week across months it becomes quite difficult but the worse part is no one recognises you and your team for all the extra effort to make it within impossible timelines. Those deserving are not rewarded....Read More
