Very bad work culture in some projects and the boss is always right kind of attitude from most leads. DU leads can brand anyone as an underperformer and put him on bench to settle personal vendetta. There is no job security at all...

Dislikes

Bad work culture and team politics. You can be put on bench if the project wants to downsize its delivery costs, u can be unethically sacked on one day's notice
